COSTCO驗(yàn)廠之RPT合規(guī)測試項(xiàng)目問卷要求：
一、Product Specifications產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書：
1、The product specification shall identify all rules, bans, standards to which the product must c o mply
產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書應(yīng)明確產(chǎn)品必須符合的所有條例，禁止條例，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
2、The c o mpany shall have a product specification which is unique for their location
公司應(yīng)有在其使用位置的唯一的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格證書；
3、The c o mpany shall have a system (or
procedure) in place to ensure that product specifications are documented,
maintained, adequate, and in c o mpliance with relevant safety, legislative and
customer requirements.公司應(yīng)該有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)（或者程序）以確保產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書是書面的，被維護(hù)的，充分的，同時(shí)和相關(guān)的安全性，合法性和客戶要求都相一致
二、Certification Testing 認(rèn)證測試
4、The c o mpany shall conduct certification tests before issuing
a certificate of conformity to the final product, and all certificates of
conformity shall be traceable to the appropriate certification testing. 在發(fā)放成品符合性證書之前，工廠需要進(jìn)行認(rèn)證測試。所有的符合性證書應(yīng)該可以追溯到相關(guān)聯(lián)的認(rèn)證類測試。
5、Samples submitted for certification testing shall be in
sufficient number, in ac c ordance to the testing plan, and identical in all
material respects to the finished products (or finished c o mponent parts which
are listed in the product specification). 上交認(rèn)證類測試的樣品應(yīng)該數(shù)量充足，符合測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃，同時(shí)所有材料都應(yīng)該和成品材料相符（或者符合在產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書所羅列的成品組件部分相符合）。
6、Changes in materials or c o mponents shall have new
certification if they could affect the safety, quality or legality of the
product. 如果材料或者組件的改變有可能影響產(chǎn)品的安全性，質(zhì)量，或者合法性，則需要新的認(rèn)證。
7、The c o mpany shall establish procedures to subcontract
analyses or testing to a CPSC approved, ac c redited lab to confirm product
safety, legality and quality. 公司應(yīng)該建立程序?qū)⒎治龊蜏y試轉(zhuǎn)包給經(jīng)過CPSC批準(zhǔn)，認(rèn)證的實(shí)驗(yàn)室，以確保產(chǎn)品的安全性，合法性和質(zhì)量。
8、Conformance to specification/formulation shall be measured
ac c ording to a documented testing plan on sample size, frequency and method
indicated by following regulatory, or customer‘s, requirements. 應(yīng)根據(jù)書面的測試計(jì)劃例如產(chǎn)品抽樣量 和測試頻率，以及法律及客戶要求，對產(chǎn)品是否符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書/規(guī)劃進(jìn)行測量。
9、Frequency of third party testing shall be selected no less
than the CPSC minimum frequency. 第三方測試的頻率應(yīng)該不低于CPSC最小測試頻率
