1.1"Are all people working at the supplier above the minimum legal working age or 15?

是否在供應(yīng)商工作的所有人員,年齡都高于法定最低工作年齡或15歲?"


1.2"Does the factory have adequate areas and clear listing for children who stay at the supplier facilities?

如兒童進(jìn)入廠區(qū),工廠是否設(shè)有隔離區(qū)域,且有具體的兒童名單?"


2.1"Is there evidence that the factory is subcontracting Decathlon production to a prison?

是否有證據(jù)表明工廠將迪卡儂產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)外發(fā)給監(jiān)獄?"


2.2"Is any original official document of identification (e.g.: passport, work permit...) kept by the supplier or labour broker?

是否有任何身份相關(guān)的官方文件被供應(yīng)商或是勞動中介扣押?(如護(hù)照、工作簽證等)"


5.1"Is there any risk of death to any people (employees or externals) in any part of the supplier's premises?

5.2"Are pregnant workers given special attention e.g. job reassignments to non-hazardous or lighter work, provision of seating, extended breaks, no overtime after the 7th month of pregnancy, no night shifts, no exposure to chemicals, etc.?

6.2"In case of use of Toxic or CMR substances, is a collective protection system implemented as required in SDS?

若有使用劇毒或CMR(致癌性、致生殖細(xì)胞突變、生殖毒性)的化學(xué)品,是否有依據(jù)SDS設(shè)置相應(yīng)的集體防護(hù)系統(tǒng)?"


7.1"Do the premises covered by the audit scope have an alarm system?

審核范圍內(nèi)的所有場所,是否有警鈴系統(tǒng)?"


7.2"Is the fire alarm working when tested? (Tested during audit)

當(dāng)測試時,該警鈴是否可以正常運作?(審核時進(jìn)行測試)"


7.3"Is the fire alarm audible/visible in all areas of the premises covered by the audit scope?

審核范圍內(nèi)的所有場所,各區(qū)域是否可以聽見/看見警鈴?"


7.4"In case of a shared building, are other factories alarms audible?

若與其他工廠共用建筑物,其他工廠的警鈴是否可被聽見?"


7.5"Is the sound of the fire alarm different to the other existing signals in the factory (e.g.: the end of shift or break alarms)?

警鈴聲是否與工廠內(nèi)其他所有的訊號聲不同?(如換班或休息鈴聲)"


7.6"Does the fire alarm have a back up system when the main power is off? (Tested during audit - no ringing shortage)

當(dāng)主電源被切斷時,警鈴系統(tǒng)是否有備用電源?(審核時進(jìn)行測試,響鈴無中斷)"


7.7"Can the alarm ring as long as the time of evacuation whatever the power source? (Main power or back up)

7.8"Are there various manual call points throughout the factory as required by law?

工廠內(nèi)是否有依法規(guī)設(shè)置多個手動警報按鈕?"


7.9"Do workers know where the manual call points are and how to use them?

7.10"Are only validated people able to turn off the alarm?

是否只有被認(rèn)可的人員可以解除警鈴?"


7.11"Do the quantity and width of emergency exits respect local regulations for all buildings?

所有建物是否都依當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)設(shè)置相應(yīng)數(shù)量與寬度的緊急出口?"


7.12"Whatever the regulation, are there minimum 2 accessible emergency exits (minimum 5 meters between 2 exits) for:

- all production floors?

- any non production floor where it happens that 20 people are present at the same time?

7.15"Is the time of evacuation less than 5 minutes (starting from the call point pushed until the last person has left the building)?
